Authenticator App for Ubisoft

To setup 2FA for your Ubisoft account with our Authenticator App, you need to follow the next steps:
Download FirstOrder Authenticator App
Download and install the Authenticator App from your device's App Store.
Log in to your Ubisoft account on the account.ubisoft.com.
From the Security menu, in the 2-Step verification section, select "Activate".
Select the "Authenticator app" tab and then click "Choose".
If you haven’t done so before, you will be prompted to add a recovery phone number to enable account recovery via text. Follow the instructions to add your phone number.
Once the recovery phone number is successfully added, select "Send" to receive an email with a link to activate 2-Step verification.
Open the email received from Ubisoft and click the activation link provided.
Follow the instructions on the webpage to set up 2FA using our Authenticator App.
In this step, a QR code containing the secret key is displayed. Please keep this popup open to complete the setup.
Open our Authenticator App, click the + button at the bottom right of the screen, then hold your device near the computer screen to scan the QR code.
After successfully scanning, a 6-digit code will be shown at the bottom of the screen. Please note that this code refreshes every 30 seconds.
Return to the Ubisoft webpage and enter the 6-digit code displayed in step 10, then click "Next".
Remember to click "Save" in the Authenticator App to save your account, or you may lose access to your account!
Once the feature is successfully set up, you will be presented with six recovery codes. Take a screenshot of the codes or copy them down and store them in a secure place. You can also add these codes to our Authenticator App for safekeeping.
